Vapor Degreasing
Vapor degreasing is a very effective process for removing lubricants, oils and other oil-based contaminants left behind in the manufacturing process and for which water-based cleaners are inadequate. Using a powerful liquid solvent that is heated to produce the cleaning vapors, the process requires additional ventilation and environmental controls.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Ultrasonic cleaning of metal parts is performed in a tank that generates millions of microscopic bubbles per second, each containing vacuum pressure that pulls water and surface debris from hard surfaces.
Alkaline Cleaning
Alkaline cleaning utilizes specifically formulated chemical blends that include alkaline salts, wetting agents and sequestrant (chelating) agents and is an effective process for removing adhesive residue left behind by the vinyl-coating used to protect metal parts during the stamping or dyeing process.
