#1Largest Electropolishing Specialist

Brass and copper alloys benefit from electropolishing with improved corrosion resistance, extended fatigue life, improved microfinish, and a bright high-luster finish.

Electropolishing improves electrical and thermal conductivity by removing surface oxides and contaminants that otherwise impede current flow and heat transfer.

OFHC 101 copper, 260 brass, and Berylco 25 beryllium copper achieve outstanding finishes through Able’s process.

Material removal is typically .001″–.0015″ measured from thickness or diameter, producing a uniform, smooth finish on most copper and brass alloys.

Send us your copper and brass sample parts and we will electropolish them at no charge so you can evaluate the finish firsthand.
