| Our two facilities offer combined operating capacity ofover 60,000 square feet, the majority operating 24 hours a day. Combined with the world's largest rack inventory, largest processing databank and over 150 employees, we have the depth to handle projects small and large for the Medical, Automotive, Semicon, Aerospace/Defense, Bio/Pharm industries and more. | Centralized Engineering - 24 Hour Support |
| Customers from around the world will continue to send samples,small lot critical projects and pre-production to Chicago. Our 24 hour headquarters plant in Chicago will engineer and prove the process for production, and has a scanning electron microscope (SEM) to support job engineering. Upon release of production, all engineering and process parameters are sent to Reno electronically for productions runs. Our Western plant is supported 24 hours via video conferencing to rapidly solve production or quality issues that may arise lot to lot. |
